The progress of this week can be summed up in two words: utter failure.
I blame time. Okay, that's kinda useless. Then poor time management and unrealistic expectation (probably the main cause of much of the world's misery)? While it's true that time seems to not only fly these days, but does so supersonically, I could've been trying to do too much too. Trying to do all: job hunt, catch up with my Japanese and Korean and exercise after work, is simply not viable. Although I did manage to send out a few job applications and work on my almost non-existent language ability, I didn't end up exercising or watching my diet.
I hope at least the job hunt will pay off. I'm particularly interested in the one with the Central Narcotics Bureau. It seems pretty exciting and is for a good cause - keeping Singapore safe from drug abuse. We might be seen as overprotective in keeping out drugs and not allowing freedom of choice, but is having the freedom to choose something bad a good thing? Anyway I hope it works out.
Looking forward, I'm gonna refocus on exercising/dieting (probably just job-hunt once a week since there's nothing much I feel like jumping into anyway). And this time, I'm working a bit of mummy muscles too. We'll be exercising together once a week for an hour. Unrealistic expectation? I hope not.
ps: Watched a couple of movies on movie2k over the weekend. It's an awesome site. No need to register or download software to watch online. And the movies played seamlessly, no hiccups.
